I build trust first. I listen until the real problem surfaces on its own. One true constraint is more valuable than ten new tools.
My bias is toward clarity — toward seeing the pattern beneath the noise: a sales problem disguised as a positioning problem, a workflow issue mistaken for lack of effort, a technology mismatch framed as a leadership gap.
Once we see the pattern, the next step is usually simple. Not always easy. But simple.
I gravitate toward solutions that feel honest, repeatable, and light on ego — where growth feels earned rather than forced.

Service has always shaped how I work and how I lead. As a Board Member and volunteer with Travelers Aid International, I help travelers in vulnerable situations find safety, guidance, and human connection — often in the quiet moments where presence matters more than expertise.
My time at Solitude Farm (Auroville) deepened my belief that work is an offering — an act of participation in something larger than ourselves. What began as volunteering became a lesson in simplicity, interdependence, and the intelligence of nature as a teacher.
Beyond formal roles, I show up where I can — supporting community kitchens, charity golf events across 40+ states, and small acts of service that don’t appear on a résumé but shape the way I build relationships, teams, and trust.
Underneath all of it, the work is the same: build trust, see clearly, then move.
